RE:RE:RE:RE:Rick Rule of Sprott USA on BNN last nightI get your point Harjay but need to know the Status of ed Seismic Analysis by Xodus, according to which, SimbaEssel had kept telling us, that They were getting ready to Drill...Ultra Deep Drilling...The Machinery/ Equipment were ordered from China and upon arrival, they'll be assembled and then US$40M to be arranged. Punkaj told me personally, that the Money was of NO issue...Maybe Essel would like to take over completely, since Sewell guy was talking up to wB++Barrels in 2A, then how come Essel walked away. Need to be a big reason. THE WD REPORTS were examined by Gupta and Dinning in Vancouver and Remember Dinning had traveled to Dubai as well... Really need to know the contents of 2A FTG, Seismic Reports contents...if Dinning is willing to share with shareholders or some kind if conspiracy theory. Hope Hassan can take over and fix the problems going forward. Yes I do have a VENDETTA against Dinning . Vancouver Office lied to us from day1. Just want to get a hold of Gagan, since he personally owns a lot of shares and invested $5M++... Sorry to hit a nerve of yours but Dinning had his projects on the go quite fine but not Simba...
HARJAY wrote: Can i ask if SIMBA was basically taken over by Essel and totaly relied on them for funding the debt. cost of accounting functions and the drilling of at least two wells in Kenya andworkk in Liberia and Guinee that Essel committed to in the JV and as seems now has reneged on that commitment, how can you blame Simba and its mgmt. when the were clearly not in control of the situation.
For yrs now you hve had a hate on for Dinning and its getting long in the tooth to hear you blame him for all the woes of Simba. I'm sure he is as disappointed with what has occured as are the rest of us but when you rely on someone else and they fail to live up to their commitment what do you expect him to do ?
We don't know what is behind Essel not wanting to come up with even the $$'s for filing the financials much less the drill rig and wells. Hard to understand what happened to this supposed $10B co. called Essel and how they got to the point they can't even commit to a few thousand $$ in accounting costs. There must be a lot more to this story than they are letting on and we know.
All we can do is wait and see what happens and hope it still turns out all right for Simba and us the shareholders.
