Something on fireThe market is still correcting itself, the majors are continuing to nose dive while Supreme is maintaining its position.
The only thing I was interested in, was the capability for the company to execute on their business plan, and show their ability to sell the product being cultivated, and to date it seems they are able to accomplish the above noted.
This is a new industry, and now that the market is realizing the industry was full of hype and false promises, Supreme has an evident advantage.
This company has demonstrated that it has the strongest fundamentals, and their prudent approach to investments will pay dividends in the future. They are a few years ahead of everyone else in the industry with their strategy of producing premium cannabis at scale. The other major LP's are back pedalling with cut backs such as dimishing their work force, and re structuring their operation to be competitive in the premium space, while Supreme is able to concentrate on growing the company.
Now that fundamentals are the major factor, earnings/margins/profits will dictate SP. This is now a patience game. Supreme hopefully will be a growth stock, which steadily gains momentum. I don't really care about SP anymore, as long as they can sell their product and meet their goals, earnings will dictate SP. The industry is extremely volatile and anything can happen, but at the moment I believe Supreme has the making of a profitable company, not in the near future but steady growth for the next 5 to 7 years. IMHO
The manipulation will continue, due to the fact it is a tolerated and legal tool, something we have to live with. If someone actually takes the time to sit down and read the year end document, this company has made exceptional strides, and steadily expanding their international footprint. Not sure why the US seems to be so attractive for retails investors, especially with Trump at the helm, I believe Supreme has made the best move by concentrating on the EU market. IMHO
