The question is are we bouncing on the bottom even with these clowns in charge??
They are in many provinces and do a lot of work for some very large corporations. Do they get bought out at $2.00 which is a nice bounce from here.
I'm not pumping this stock or believe in this management team but sometimes there is a good trade to be had even in a dog of a stock.
