I agree with everything you say above. The Notice of Intention means its a done deal. Just exactly what we are being granted is the question. As for the timing, the EPO will sets its own schedule and that will likely be a few months away. However, the company should have an NR this week in my opinion. It has now seen the letter and the details from the EPO so it should release an NR right away.
