Being KWG holds the cheapest,environmentally friendly, solid state Chromite processing patents. This continued talk about Noront building a smelter is time and $ consuming false talk. Noront has lost control of their destiny and unless they get some positive news very soon (which they aren’t in control of) they will loose everything to RCF & Franco-Nevada. Acquisition of Cliffs Claims and property was a great deal, but wrong time and has financially handcuffed them and put Noront in a position where they have zero control of their destiny. Noront’s at a position of insolvency very soon and especially if any loans are called in?
KWG is broke and huge amount of shares (Noront’s at 1/2 billion themselves) KWG stock price is in the toilet (so is Noront’s and they are dropping daily now) , but KWG has zero debt and can eventually garner $ from natural gas reduction patents and N/S corridor, if this continues much longer Noront will be forced to capitulate. Let’s all hope that it’s not much longer as both companies may not be around and everyone who has invested will loose much $, GLTA GM
