that is the SECOND CEO that passes away in 1 week for me! Well, may he R.I.P. Awhile back I heard of a few comapnies wanting to partner with them but Tim would not hear about it. One of the went public 3 weeks ago ticker SWIS. Swiss based secure email backup and file share. Looks like they have a lot going on but the listing is brand new. trades at 25cents though. I know they wanted to partner a while back selling their secure email to ddb partners but deal did not go through.
