Not only is the CEO not puttinghis money on the table. Many of the BOD do not own a single share.
Some uninformed investors try to baffle you with BS by stating they have options. So what, they would still need to put out their own money to exercise options but why would they when the exercise price is so much higher that the current $7.55.
Todays price is a 50% discount to their exercise price but still, they don't have the courage to invest in the company. If they won't invest; why would anyone else.
Obviously these insiders have knowledge retail investors don't have and choose not to buy even at a 50% discount.
