More director fees 9K, consulting fees 15K to a company controlled by the director, and professional fees 15K to a company controlled by a director.  All added to the running tab and deducted from our share if this ever turns into something tangible.  All of course done without any oversight or accountability.

It won't make much difference to those who hold shares, but it is interesting nonetheless. :o)



The lingering bad taste of Garth.  So as I recall, BBI gave Stage $1 mil or was it $3 mil? And then claimed somehow it was worth $6.5 mil? And why on earth wood there be consulting fees? For what?  Do shareholders have any recourse here to force some disclosure from the “parent” company?
