What might we looking at for a reasonably good offer ?

I don't really think KNT completing any form of M&A right now is in the shareholders best interest. The share price is trading at a steep discount discount compared to most with the P/E <12 and a market cap of ~$500M. I think we should be trading at a multiple of 20-25 which puts us somewhere between $4-$5 per share.

Anyway, JMHO I would prefer that they wait until after the PEA is completed in Q1 of 2020 before they do anything prematurely. Just to be clear, I am in favor of an M&A but just not at this moment.
