BonaV is dead man walking.....

BonaV is dead man walking.....Sad to see the whole Albertan/Sask oil patch in this dismal condition, once a great, robust industry AND a tremendous generator of wealth for all who were involved. Unfortunately for Bonavista s/h, it has become one of the many "collateral damages" of the political, economical and social justice fallout that has besieged this country. There are many reasons why Bonvista is trading at these levels, and i urge investors to rethink twice before investing any monies into these companies thinking it's a bargain. Hopefully people realize that the market will ALWAYS reprice and rebalance the value of equities by taking into account the current environment AND all aspects of any FUTURE developements. Don't forget....not only are they expressing the current economical picture but they are also FORWARD looking. It's crucial investors understand this to avoid any further loses or potential pitfalls. With regards to Bonavista, it has become probably one of the many that will eventually fail in the next two years. Current economical and political are not sustainable any longer for any small to mid tier E&P and i expect more than half wil cease to exist in the next 24 months. The highly leveraged, heavy gassers like BonaV are especially prone and are going to take the majority of the loses and most likely continue to be the first victims. At this stage, BonaV is on the short list of companies that will either fail or enter into some sort of arrangement that befell others before like Pengrowth or Delphi. If some here don't keep up to date or are not sure of what is transpiring in the oil&gas sector, especially the North American zone, i urge people to read my post on the Encana BB titled "Interesting presentation everyone should listen to". It will outline what has happened in the O&G space in the last 10 years and what some of the future prospects are going forward. You can probably inform yourself further on more recent events by doing some research from the point. Remember this motto, either you stay informed and protect your investments or stay ignorant and risk losing it all.

Good luck to all.........
