RE:RE:Patiently waiting each other outfishtail, thousands of technology companies have come and gone since Wilan was launched, but they are still here..... and still a work in progress.
However, large funds will not invest here. Neither will activist investors like Paulson and Icahn because they invest in undervalued companies that produce continued growth that have much larger market caps with huge potential for quick profits. Time horizon.
Wilan has great portfolio of quality patents and sometimes they will land some nice deals and have a great Qtr. But then they begin the next Qtr at parctically zero sales again.
The market is always forward looking (guidane for next qtr, next year).
What you did last Qtr means squat. Where you are going next Qtr is what counts.
Difficult for analysts to get on board or recommend it to their high net worth clients.
Thats why investors are not tripping over each other to buy.
Trades a few hundred shares at a time. Thats retail & very small funds.
Not to say the company cant be sold, but think about it?
The way the patent laws are presently enforced with infringers like Apple getting away with delays after delays (they would rather spend $ on lawyers than settle with you, even after you beat them in court!), dont you think the company would be worth hundreds of millions more after they finally get to patent reform and puish the infringers justly?
Then those patents have potential to generate serious $ and then we will see the buyers.
