As you mention, many investors use that as a metric in allocating new funds.
If their buying, I'm buying. Best way to promote the company without saying a word.
In March/2019, Roxanne Anderson purchased 75,000 shares, Skippen 38,600 shares.
Thats it, for all of 2019 so far.
Currently as a group, the insiders own appr 0.8%, less than a 1M shares total.
One of the lowest insider ownership I have seen for a small cap company.
it is very troubling. An overhang on the stock that could easily be reversed.
There has to be a good explanation of why this is. Makes no sense to me.
