did I’d say that Noront wasn’t worth any more then 15 cents ...

Both sides of the border are protesting Noront’s smelter / RCF has Coutts backed into a corner / Marten Falls hasn’t addressed the required Feds request 

tic TOC tic TOC ... Noront running on borrowed time and continues to make poor decisions
