RE:RE:Rights offeringAt first I was worried about management trying to take this private and that's why they are doing the rights offering at the all time price low of this company. I posted the same thing last week.

But I've been thinking, wouldn't they be snapping up as many shares before December 2nd expiry of the right to purchase 1 share for every one you own as of close today?

I've not seen any internal directors buying since the abysmal earnings resutls. Wouldn't they want to buy here at $.25 for as many rights as possbile to buy at $.23 if they are wanting to buy them up as cheap as possible?

Just my 2 cents.
