RE:Just a thought

RE:Just a thought
I think this acquisition was a slam dunk. At $6500/barrel with a good liquid ratio that Bonavista has already made millions of extra cashflow this year on since the transaction production is back dated to Nov 1. If you had a few hundred million in untouched credit facility why would you spend such a small fraction of it? Your logic doesn't make sense. OPEC just curyailed more output and oil pricing will remain healthy for the next 6-12 months. This purchase reduces the debt to cashflow ratio and will help with the case. I agree that no update on the covenant negotiations make me nervous in the short term but I have continued faith that this management group is making the best decisions for the survival of the company. 2020 & 2021 will be very important years but as debt maturity is ticking. 2022 and beyond will be good to shareholders.
