RE:Shareholders pressuring company yet ???Anybody who knows anything about trading, investing would love to see the share price under $1 That goes for investors big or small. You don't get 300% or more gain by buying at the top.
And when it comes to running a business. Share price has nothing to do with profits or lossess. Most Investors other than your self I suppose know, forward EPS depends on management not folding under pressure. Capitulating to every whim and demand confronting them. Standing firm knowing they are doing the right thing for the long term security and profitability of the company is what "Good and wise" management does.
As far as the lower share price those Larger investors normally DRIP invested. So a lower share price is actually an advantage as the DIV adds 3 times as many shares to the holding that if the price was back up at $3 This low share price is actually a great benefit when looking at the long term when the price rises again. And it will.
There is no Institution or Fund is going to sell off at this price. not when a company is as financially secure as this one. If you think smart money dumps at the bottom, Think again.
Just look at Jim Pattisson taking out the rest of Canfor he didn't already own, with an additional investment of over $930 Million. Notice, it was not at the top when the price was $35 bucks or more ! !
