Bruce makes some interesting comments regarding stocks in the U.S where they're operating legally on a state level. Fast forward to 3:50 into this video.
 
Not only do I agree with his narrative, but I've literally said similar multiple times.
 
"The New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq will list cannabis companies as long as they’re compliant with federal laws where they operate, and none of those companies have cannabis operations in the United States. The exchanges are likely to begin listing so-called “plant-touching” US companies if the SAFE Banking Act becomes law." Tinley would qualify as one of these companies if the Safe Banking passes, and if the States Act were to pass as well in 2020 then look out!

Nasdaq & NYSE are likely to begin listing so-called “plant-touching” US companies if the SAFE Banking Act becomes law.
