RE:NOT BUYING EVEN RIGHTS

According to the package I received from CIBC, I had to have my order yea or nay in by this coming Friday, December 20th.

And, when I read the press release from Monday, it looks like the extension deadline for the Credit Facilities Amendment is for December 22.

So, they want us to either make a commitment or not based on information that will not be released until next week.

Not a good position to be in, from a shareholder perspective.
