At that price using $1.50 current stock price and 3 cent warrant, both will return a profit of 150%. Nice! Over 3.75, the warrant will outperform the stock due to leverage. From $3 to $3.75 the stock outperforms and, unfortunately, anything less than $3 is, well, not good. The warrant is in the back stretch of its life and when it makes the turn for home the time value vs intrinsic value narrows quickly. Nothing but the best to you warrant holders, the cfo could use the $50 million for many things when they exercise.
Hey Max,
I would say that i'm in "
the back stretch of my life" as well :-)
It's a bit relative isn't it?
I still got ~20 years of fun then, as far as "back stretches" go (no chance man, that I'll ever make that (set my pension plan at death at 82), so the warrants must be doing a lot better than I am).
Still, ........ have booked a 4 weeks holiday in Southern Africa (self drive), bought myself a new Kodiaq, presently cutting down trees and chopping them up for firewood.
In case there's life in me, there's life in the warrants as well.
So, warrant holders, when I'm trampled in Kruger/elsewhere or consumed, better sell them warrants off quickly, that's how "relevance" works. LOL.
Have fun.
