USA Operations segment includes the exploration for, development of, and production of oil, NGLs, natural gas and other related activities within the United States. Canadian Operations segment includes the exploration for, development of, and production of oil, NGLs, natural gas and other activities within Canada. Market Optimization segment is primarily responsible for the sale of the Company’s production to third-party customers and enhancing the associated netback price. The segment’s activities also include third-party purchases and sales of product to provide operational flexibility.

Like CFP I believe this will not go through as planned

Dismal performance, long standing shareholders do not like reverse splits, market clearly is not for the move. I'm voting NO. Let the CEO and board re think this Dog,, Oh how about some direction for a change? No one believes this company can pull anything off. Bottom line are poor decisions by management over and over with negative results and until they go we will never be favoured.
