If I wanted control I would be buying shares now at 0.35/share rather than waiting and hoping that the share price goes over the warrant strike price of 0.54 by March 3. By buying now I am getting shares cheaper and would contribute to getting the price over 0.54 making the warrants worth exercising.
And if I wanted to remain "hidden" I would have been buying the tradable warrants exercisable at 0.35 which would get me the shares at roughly the same price or lower as the non-tradable 0.54/share warrants (0.18 + 0.35).
Maybe someone has been doing that but unlikely. That said there has been a clear uptrend in the prices for the warrants and shares on higher than average daily volumes. Why? Remains to be seen...
