RE:RE:RE:Latest Order ...AppleWrong Charm.... rolling over and giving up is not a strategy.
You have to keep at it just like VirnetX is doing.
VirnetX have been awarded damages in 2 cases (Cisco & Apple) totalling US$1B.
They havn't collect anything so far but that is also why their market cap is $330M cdn.
Quote from VirnetX on their 3rd qtr report about the apple case.
"Apple may file a petition for a writ of certiorari with the Supreme Court of the United States from the USCAFC decision in Apple I litigation and, if the Supreme Court grants certiorari, the USCAFC’s decision may be reversed or vacated".
I believe if VirnetX is successful there, everyone could be collecting on their damages.
Financially, QTRH in better shape to see this through.
VirnetX has no other meaningful income as the companies they are attempting to sell licenses to are waiting on the final Apple case outcome. They also quote:
"The continuation of these litigations is distracting to our management and expensive, and this distraction and expense may continue."
QTRH has to keep building the cash and the revenues (just like they are doing) and show Apple we are not going anywhere.
Lets get the damages amount affirmed and then let the interest pile on through delays.
Now, does anyone know anything more about this recent ruling from judge Major?
