How about you?
I can't justify avg down any more especially when it looks like they are going t!ts up.
So three directors total now that Scott Allen has left - Paul, Louisa and Siva. Was Louisa on Board when this deal was shot down? Baffles me...that may have been the saving grace for everyone!
How long have you been in DDB? I'm sitting on two years, I think.
nickelferous, that is a high cost, i am sorry for that. I know there was some hype today but it came back down to 1 cent. I was in and out for 3 years. I left in the 2cents range. made some and lost on my last round but I was able to make most of it back in Dec 2017 when they had the pump and dump. when crypto was big and blockchain was hyped up.
Yes Louisa was already on the Board when this was proposed and shot down. The company only met with Siva as Board member but the other two were absent. the finance company organized it all from start to finish. The company never even got an email back from Siva, a email from Louisa or anyone else. not even a "thank you for considering us" NADA ZILCH! Yes, it was a great deal and it would have rendered DDB profitable within 6 months or so.
Not sure what the board has in mind. they went dark on this whole thing. one of the concerns people have is the overhang in shares existing in DDB. If you look at the pump and dump period, there were millions of shares traded and some traded on NEO or non traditional exchanges maybe. they can come back and hammer the shares of the acquirer too. The only hope for this company is to get their act together, hire a real COO get rid of the dead weight and maintain and increase customer base. thats it. I was going to dive in but this is too risky now. The best thing for you is try to get out of this slowly or wait it out for Q4 and year end financials. Management HAS to have some news in the quarter so you can wait and see.
