Decrease in sales and marketing expense by 18%Decrease in sales and marketing expense by 18% is primarily due to greater sales and marketing activities associated with several launches and go-to-market initiatives in order to have the requisite marketing and sales assets in place for deployment commensurate with product availability, in the prior year. The sales and marketing expense for the nine months ended October 31, 2019 primarily consists of a $5.9 million termination fee related to a brand licensing agreement with guaranteed minimum royalty payments with ABGHMX, LLC. The Company expects lower sales and marketing expense going forward.
