Couche Tard

Is the relationship between CGC and Couche Tard still a thing?  I haven't heard any news for a while about their partnership and am wondering if I missed something. If alive and well, this may be a huge catalyst for CGC..and Couche Tard.  Lot's of things / partnerships have been on the hush hush.  Just wondering if some of them have been left by the waiste side or if they are being kept in their back pocket.
