RE:RE:KST Industries Inc. old post from 2015I still think they are going to need to make a hell of an offer to management to get that percentage of the company from them. I don't know there average PPS, but it has got to be around $1.00

They were all purchased well north of where we are. I think KST taking this private will be difficult to get it agreed upon, they only own what 10% maybe 15% now.
