I would play long any stock that gives a dividend however this isn't the case with Potstocks. Any stock that gives a dividend pays a stock holder a premium to invest in the company. It represents a reward of sorts for showing loyalty to it's share holders for their financial support.
Any company that does not offer dividend payments has no loyalty to their investors and in turn is using their investment in the company as merely just a financial vehicle or tool.
Many companies use stock options as a form of payment instead of using cash, whether to staff or employees as an incentive, or any number of other reasons including take overs and merger's to name a few. This is a form of dilution that most retail investors are unaware of.
Bottom line is. If invested in a company that does not give a sign of appreciation for your loyalty by offering a dividend payment, one should never be a long term investor. Cash out and get paid when the share price is high and purchase when the share price looks inviting. Your money should pay you and your financial well being is what you should hold a loyalty to. Never show Loyalty to Stocks that do not pay dividends. Use them as a vehicle for your own financial success. Take your profits whenever posible.
Just a thought to remember if this turd of a company ever allows us a profitable exit and we aren't trapped invested in what very well could prove itself to be one of the many baddly managed pot stocks doomed to fail this year.
As you can see I'm one of those trapped and I don't care about sugar coating my misadventure with lies. I Call em like I see em. Truth - the most valuable commodity.

Time for Boddy to show his face. He can't just hide out in the background being silent. This is bullshyte! I have invested a lot of my hard earned money here and I want answers.

What kind of commitments does AGRA have in place now that ICC went belly up. Not sure if ICC took thier business private seaized operations but tAGRA boasted about their commitment to 225,000 pounds of supply over 5 years. What happens now?? Are we supposed to just forget about this?? Crickets...

No apologies or statements regarding the delay with Health Canada while share holders were edesperately clinging to news every Friday. I understand it can not happen in approx 3 weeks with some news they just released which I did not see. Crickets...

I do not recall seeing any new updates on the Winnipeg edilbles facility. In Boddy's last interview, which was pretty low budget, he said it would be completed Q1 of 2020, let's see. He also said they will use the extracts from Delta to help but we have no licence to grow yet and it will take miniumum 3 months to harvest once they do get it. Once again CRICKETS!!

Last point, Boddy's previous relationship with a known greedy SOB who tanks companies he works for and lines his own pockets is concerning to me.

Now I do feel sorry for the company that Health Canada is taking an extremly long time to approve the licence. This is giving the shorters the ammo they need to bring stock price down but cmon inform your loyal shareholders on what the hell is going on. I mean the only thing I can surmise is that if he does step up and speak about these things I just discussed, the stock will take even more of a beating, so I am going to try my very best to go easy on Boddy for now but rest assured I am watching every step this company makes. As Chuck Rifici has done a number of times, he pays himself first with large bonuses and payouts while all investors are in the hole. This REEKS! Linto had this guy figured out and couldn't deal with him but Boddy and Rifici worked together at Auxly. HHHMMMM.

Boddy better step up and start showing greater shareholder appreciation or I am voting him out.

With all this said I would NEVER sell my shares now. We are about as low as it gets. What benefit do you get from selling now? ZERO. These short sellers need to burn in hell. We need to buckle up and hold Boddy and the rest of the AGRA team accountable for our hard earned cash. Its time for AGRA to step up so we can be one of the surviving marijuana companies as many are going down the drain quick. We own a $0.07 stock, let that sink in for a minute, we are far from out of the woods here. IMHO the LAST thing anyone should do now is bail as that is just plain foolish. Hold strong and give AGRA the opportunity to turn this thing up! Boddy the ball is in your court.

Concerned investor
