RE:Buy, Hold & Pro$per..I agree. Have been buying for last 2 years. Added another 100k in shares today. I hold a significant chunk of change and am long for this one. Eventually an offer to buy will be made. Right now 0.40-0.60 a share would be a range for buyout of us. When NY transit and septa add more contracts then we are golden.
