RE:We need to see some excitement with the Apple trial comingseeing some selling from some who bought shares those last 3 weeks in Dec.
If you recall, there was some heavy volume in the $1.50's and some are taking profits.
Nothing wrong with that.
New buyers..... sometimes wait for an upcoming trial results before jumping in.
They don't mind paying more in exchange for some clarity.
They have been burnt in the past with an unexpected development.
Dont believe that will be the case here but nobody knows for sure.
I think Apple is soon going to reach the "crossover point", where it make more sense (financially and morally) to negotiate royalties on proven patents they infringe, in exchange for companies dropping/reducing their cash judgements against them.
It's not good for business to fight an increasing list of companies in appeals.
They could just incorporate those added royalty costs into their selling prices.
Some of their operating costs will go down (legal/court fee's) so It will be a wash.
Maybe when a new CEO comes on board they will review and realize its better for company image to do the right thing when you loose in court.
Maybe then, even I will buy an apple!
my opinion only
