Think venture exchange has a different structure concerning rules regarding proper disclosure that is why no class action. trever dixion did have picture on invictus site pre gene simons. You are correct about this stock, so many red flags! Right now invictus is being run by the 50% holder of acreage farms ripa so next move is make or break ? Is phase 3 real? or the house of cards ? considering past follow through ie late over 15 months or so on phase 3 etc etc etc etc. But if invictus does have phase 3 and euro cert in next few months? then done! invictus needs postive follow through phase 3 done
