What is bothersome here

What is bothersome here
To my understanding anyway, is the fact that really what MRS offers that is different is their intellectual property based line of products which was touted as being somewhat groundbreaking. Of course even assuming that these patents are truly valuable, they share them I believe with the Army which means the Army is free to share the technology with other companies if they choose. So really what does MRS have that gives them an exclusive edge on anyone? Further, the company is sitting there at 7 cents Canadian a share and anyone would be free to buy out the whole kit and kabottle, yet this is not happening. Does not look very promising to me. JMHO
