If david tried harder I feel sure there would be a way to keep it private on his web site.
May be he just wanted to give subscribers first shot at buying, and then let it go out so then more interest and more buying. All helpful for him and his subscribers. He got first shot, his subscribes 2nd stockhouse 3rd public 4th.
