Not really, we are still waiting for an injunction (Medida Cautelar) to be granted for the second group of claims, which includes Ocacasa 4.

Also, last month INGEMMET presented an opposition (a type of appeal that is presented before the same judge) to the injunction granted for the first group of claims and Macusani Yellowcake responded to the opposition two weeks ago, so the judge will issue a Resolution in that regard in the following days.

Regarding the local politics, elections will be held for the Congress this weekend; not surprises expected according to the last poll results. The Minister of Energy and Mines (Carlos Liu Yonsen) conffirmed recently that the uranium export and transport legal framework would be ready this year.

I think this upward movement is more like a silent movement based on pure fundamentals; soon the Falchani PEA will be released and the market will realize PLU is being valued at a too low a fraction of combined NPV (Macusani + Falchani).
