Spin OutWhy doesnt Teuton just leave Treaty Creek in TUO and spin off some of there properties to try and increase value for shareholders that way. This is AMKs plan. No need to move Treaty into NEWCO. This allows everyone to keep their total shares in Treaty Creek (TUO) and avoid any further dilution exploring any of their many properties. I see this as a better option for all involved.
