if you think this ruling today against VirnetX affects their case vs apple then don't you think the stock would have sold off?

VirnetX (NYSEMKT:VHC) loses its bid after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit refused to revive a patent case related to secure VPN communications.

Cisco (NASDAQ:CSCO) had challenged the validity of the patent, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board sided with Cisco.
