You will get a package from your broker. The top page has the information on how to vote by mail or on line which is the easiest. Usually it is a service like Proxyvote.com. The sheet will have a control number. You log onto Proxyvote orbither service, put in the control number that verifies it is you then it asks you to vote. The first option is vote the recommendations from the board. Do that, otherwise you have to go all candidates and put in your own.
