I seriously doubt he could actually be short this stock . Someone would have to show me any broker that would give you a short position on a 10 cent stock.I think he was just planing on getting a boatload at 1 or 2 cents and missed the boat.
There has to be more to the move up than just this last news release , this looks to me more like some people in the "know" trying to pick up shares before it takes off.
