My only point was that he can still influence the SP by his actions that still spook investors. I think that is obvious by the sharp drop on the OTC right after it was announced that he is challenging the proposed board.

If everyone votes as they should we will have a new board with a plan going forward, but, we do not know the extent of Peter's support. That has investors nervous and caused the drop in the SP.
