Just speculating...
who thinks Aphria will take over wayland? Assets and licences are in line with aphrias business plan, also will give aphria largest german market share. They just raised another 100mil. They are one of the few companies that are even in a position to entertain the idea of acquisitions right now. Here's hoping!!!
