RE:RE:RE:wildcatting in Africa Reconnaissance energy LTD...Don't blame him since it is way up and with ROE on tight budget with its AMLO shows better make some money somewhere.  Namibia has been a grave yard for junior explorers with multiple dusters drilled offshore early last decade.  HRT, Chariot, Tower, Repsol to name a few that spent big and whiffed.  I don't think anybody has ever drilled onshore that I know of and the well costs are far less which minimizes risk.  Namibia has always been envious of their neighbors with their huge offshore finds so you have a good, willing partner there.  Worth watching it at least imho.
