RE:RE:RE:re-Lavender
Lavender says she is ambivalent about the meaning of the latest announcement by Flyht and doesn't wager on promises or hope-- talk is cheap! A sound investing strategy. Perfectly legitimate. Some types will play with hope and others abhor it as an investing strategy. After all, a cold, rational approach by a steel-trap mind is the best way to investment success. Very true! But some people are attracted to playing with hope, or rather indulging in it. We are all to some extent beholden to our individual psychological makeup. Attaching oneself to an endeavor at its inception or soon after; observing the flourishing, and then to finally behold the full florescence delivers a unique satiation for some, and if it happens is often accompanied by substantial financial reward as well. But, conceded, not the best hard-nosed investment strategy.
Yes, most of these hope and pray, and wish and dream plays sooner or later peter-out to nothing. My perception is that Flyht is more than that. The quality of the company's personnel and the quality of its directors and their backgrounds and industry connections suggest otherwise. The product is real, functions as advertised, has a track record while installed on hundreds of planes and new contracts are materializing. Uptake has been slower than wanted but the regulatory environment is fast changing while there have been interactions with significant industry actors.
A problem for Flyht investors and potential investors is the ongoing lack of transparency into the company's activities that is largely something foisted on the company by realities in the space in which it operates. This not only keeps us in the dark but completely precludes creating any excitement through promotion. It somewhat frustrates me when I see companies on major exchanges that are losing $billions and in my opinion have no prospects of ever making profits and yet have market caps in the billions. I think Flyht is not far away from ongoing, at least modest profitability, and yet the share price languishes.
I have some inklings that there is much more going on with the company than meets the eye in terms of third party collaborations but due to the duskiness in which the company operates am reluctant to speculate. So,back to dreaming and wishing. Using a baseball analogy, where are we in the game? Maybe in the fifth inning, having scored a couple of runs but slightly behind yet with several innings to go. Could go either way but have faith in the team and think we come out on top. What a dreamer, eh!
