RE:is there a possiblity that comes Feb 13, bbd announce sale

I am worry about black swan event of declaring backruptcy as well. Cannot rule it out. Anybody can shed lights on: if unnecessarily declared, do we have a chance to fight? In this case somebody got benifit from it.
