irving / mwx and eti

I sent an email to Irving resources suggesting mwx and eti as the japan are environmentally very strict. Every other company I have mentioned this to have said thing like yes we know them and that’s interesting.

Irvings rely was different -

I may be putting more into this that what is at face value. But it seemed to me that they may already be in discussions about this or something similar . Any thoughts ?
