Keep the stock price depressed at these levels so an offer of $3.00 to $3.50 looks good.
Timing of the nazdaq delisting for example.
However, the insiders do own shares (not as much as we would like) but Skippen has a pretty good stake.
Why wouldn't they want to maximize their holdings by creating value?
Only reason to keep it down would be if group of insiders were looking to take it private.
But collectively they own such a small stake (appr 1% I believe) makes no sense?
Collectively, they would have been buying large this past year if that was the plan.
