Your post almost suggests the company is receiving all kinds of offers and turning them down to the detriment of its shareholders.
News flash!..... nobody has stepped forward to buy it or take it private.
Do you really believe it's something that you can get done by working the phones and calling around to see who might be interested?
Why don't you find a buyer?
