As far as emailing the CEO, it shouldn't come as a surprise he's not getting back to you - as a CEO he's busy, and does not have time to respond to every retail investors email, especially now with the company starting to really grow. Responding to shareholder questions is the most basic form of IR any PUBLIC company which has any regard for its shareholders MUST provide in order to create and maintain a solid shareholder base.
No one expects Cronin to do this job and/or to spend a lot of money on shareholder communication. It’s a task which can simply be assigned to an existing employee who is reasonably intelligent, informed about the company’s inner workings and has a basic understanding of the company’s public disclosure guidelines.
GSI’s habit of simply ignoring shareholders / their questions isn’t in the best interest of the company as it discourages shareholders from “sticking with the story”.
