donot know just what to expect with the NEW structure

One one hand it seems pretty straight-forward - common shareholdings get an extra $3 of value for no investment.  I don't remember hearing anything about a court battle, but institutionals have long complained abou tthe dual shareholding structure where family and insiders get more say and reward than commons and possibly even preferreds. Perhpas the "court case" that I don't remember readxcing anythign about is the way of getting rid of the disagreement.
