Nahle stated that the farmouts didn't include oil and gas exploration. Also article from same conference cnh said that in 2020 they needed to be more about what amlo wanted. Seems to me that's all the done. Amlo didn't honor contract with TC and know he wants all of the Zama, without proving it. Seems the only hope is the rating agencies and that won't happen until 2021.
