DDB is free of debt with a clean balance sheet. Established users and revenue although declining. In addition, those patents added up to its value. Even the shell of public company is worth 1 cent. Under no circumstances,DDB should be sold at 0.0125. It all makes sense now why share price was pushed all the way down by someones for dirty purpose. There are lots of better ways for managent to turn it up. FLYY is a good example for Siva to learn something. One last thing shareholders can do is saying No on AGM.
