Maybe I'm not reading the NR correctly, My interpretation is that Salzman will be getting shares equivalent to $399,150.00 CDN which they will sell for 5 cents, They will sell approx 8,000,000 shares over the course of 5 trading days at 5 cents CDN to get their 400K CDN. I don't see where they have to have a minmum of 10 cents a share.

Salzman don't sell any share below 5c. I think we will have a news monday morning to push the price! It's the reason why we will have a RUN this week...
